This program has been specifically tailored to you and your horse’s individuality, to ensure we can give you the best opportunity to achieve your goals.

In this program you will find a shopping list for you and your horse as well as a nutrition plan, simple and delicious recipes to make your life easier and resources to optimize your health and equestrian goals.

We also give you suggestions on how you can get your fitness level back on track, always remembering that riding uses very different muscles to those that are used when you are at the gym. We work with several highly recommended practitioners that can help you achieve your goals in the fitness area.
